Technical Difficulties

Westerlund News is about to have some seeeeerious technical difficulties.
Khalisah Al-Jilani happened to be reporting on an apparent hostage situation in the Citadel Wards involving "a vengeful Krogan" and his seven Turian and Salarian hostages when ol' Blue Eyes happened to show up out of the blue. Apparently he doesn't like cameras because he broke Khalisah's when she turned it on him. She just can't get a break, can she? What happened afterwords would remain "under investigation." However reports from those that lived near the warehouse where the hostage situation took place described a blood bath in which the mysterious blue-eyed Krogan came in, killed everything (including the hostages and the Krogan holding them inside), and then calmly left.
Later, C-Sec gave out an official statement, proving parts of the rumors true and parts false. The mysterious Krogan did in fact appear from no where. However, he didn't kill everyone. Instead he tried to force his way through the police line. When C-Sec tried to stop him, the Krogan turned on them, injuring at least two-dozen officers and causing thousands of credits worth of property damage. He then entered the warehouse and three minutes later, he left.
As one officer stated: "the subject was covered in blood, not his own, and he had the severed crest of another Krogan in his hands." C-Sec again attempted to place him under arrest but the Krogan managed to escape. When the officers entered the warehouse, they found the hostages completely unharmed. In contrast, the Krogan perpetrator was "torn apart." According to officials, the perepetrator's crest was in fact, missing.
C-Sec has denied rumors that the Krogan may be some sort of Citadel official and has requested that if anyone recognize him, that they contact them immediately.
